Baptism
Each child shoud be baptized as soon as possible after birth. Parents and godparents are asked to attend an instruction session before the baptism of their child.

Confession
The Sacrament of Penance is offered in the Church on Saturdays from 4:00 to 4:30 pm, or by appointment.

Confession Guide for Children
First Reconciliation is typically celebrated in the 2nd grade. Religious Education students prepare for this sacrament during their regular Religious Education classes. St. Hilary School students prepare for this sacrament as part of their school religion curriculum. First Reconciliation is usually scheduled in February each year. Special arrangements are made for older children to receive this sacrament.

First Holy Communion

Confirmation
Teens in our parish wishing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation typically do so in the 8th grade. Students begin preparing to receive Confirmation in the 7th grade. 7th grade Religious Education students prepare for this sacrament during their regular Religious Education classes. St. Hilary School students in the 7th grade prepare for this sacrament as part of their school religion curriculum. The Rite of Christian Initiatiation of Adults (RCIA)
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Roman Catholic Church, our RCIA group meets Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm.

Anointing of the Sick
If a loved one is gravely ill, very old, or going in for surgery, have one of our priests come to administer the Sacrament of the Sick. Please do not postpone this important rite.
