Anointing of the Sick
If a loved one is gravely ill, very old, or going in for surgery, have one of our priests administer the Sacrament of the Sick.  Anointing of the Sick is available for all those suffering from a serious illness or notably weakened by the difficulties of old age. Anyone whose health is seriously impaired by sickness or old age, including from serious mental illness, depression, and addiction, may receive the Sacrament of Anointing and Christ’s healing presence.  Please do not postpone this important rite.

For more information, contact us at (415) 435-1122, or at DianaR@sthilary.org.  To reach one of our priests directly, click here.  Or click here to contact us online.
"Is anyone among you sick? He should summon the presbyters of the church, and they should pray over him and anoint (him) with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14).
